Andy Lovell

Based in Gloucestershire, Andy Lovell is well known for his stunning screen prints of the English, coast, countryside and of London.  

He studied illustration and printmaking at Liverpool School of Art and Design. This was followed by a successful career as an illustrator.   Now printmaking is the main focus of his work. Drawings and paintings from life that capture the essence of place, are transposed to the medium of screen print and monotype which retains the energy of the original sketch but which also adds a graphic quality to his work.  

His prints have been exhibited widely across the UK as well as at art fairs in London.
