Alone in the Landscape - a group exhibition at Spring Gallery, Cheltenham

Hadfield Fine Art are delighted to be having an exhibition on the theme of ‘Alone in the Landscape’ in the beautiful SPRING gallery in the fashionable district of Montpellier in Cheltenham.
The theme of the exhibition will encompass landscapes with solitary figures, boats or buildings as well as landscapes with us the viewer  ‘alone with the landscape’.  This will give our artists, who are from all over the UK, and who feature on the website, the opportunity to show their work in the heart of Cheltenham.
New work is arriving all the time and I can guarantee that we will have expansive landscapes that will make you feel that it belongs to you alone represented in the paintings in this exhibition,  all in the indomitable style of our carefully selected artists.
Artists included are:  Kerry Phippen, Laura Howarth SWA, Malcolm Ashman RWA, RBA, Jane Boot, David O’Connor, John Henry, Liz Keyworth, Karin Friedli and other gallery artists.
Landscapes are the most popular subjects for artists to tackle because it is an ever changing phenonmen.  Every day is different.   I’m interested in the beauty, energy and sometimes dramatic way that landscapes can move us.  There are endless ways this can be representated but I trust in the style of the artists I represent and how each one will convey a feeling or state of mind in their work, to us the viewer, that is both contemporary and original.
‘Alone in the Landscape’, Hadfield Fine Art exhibition, Spring Gallery, 14 Rotunda Terrace, Montpellier, Cheltenham, GL50 1SW, 12 - 23 July, 10.00am - 5.00pm daily.
